With each new year, we add a new group of friend to our relay family and this year is no different with over 200 new folks joining us. I am reaching out to all of the runners and volunteers that have participated in the past to take a moment and reflect back on your past experiences and to share them with our new participant so they can get equally amped up. It can be be as simple as a phrase or a detailed experience. We simply want to take some time to share in your stories.

We hope to do this as well after this year’s event so we can keep it energy flowing. Just post a comment to this Blog entry so all can join and thanks for joining us.

100on100 and B&G Clubs Directors on the radio

Friends,

So tomorrow, Scott and I along with two directors from the Boys and girls Clubs in Vermont, will be on the Charlie and Ernie show. The show can be found at WVMT AM 620 and we will be on starting at 8:10. If you get the chance listen in and show your support, maybe even call in to say that you have done the event before. What are some of your favorite running songs? The first topic we are seeking input on relates to the length of stay at transition areas in our event. We are looking to improve the flow of traffic and to avoid bottlenecks at some of our smaller transitions.

The Question? How long does your team typically arrive at a transition before your runner and how long do you typically stay once the next runner has left?

Signed-Transition Area Tommy
